# Jebadiah Support
> How to get help with Jebadiah (Jeb), the open System One decision models (4B, 9B, 27B; Apache 2.0) and the `jebadiah-decide` client (`jeb serve`, `jeb ask`, `jeb doctor`). Support is handled by the Titanium Computing team. This file explains how to reach us and how to write a request we can resolve on the first reply.

If you are an AI agent helping someone with Jeb, read the agent guide first. There is no support API: diagnose, draft the request, and have the person submit it. Start every draft with `Drafted with <tool> (AI agent)` so we know an agent wrote it.

## Security and privacy
- Jeb runs on the person's own machine. `jeb serve` listens on localhost and sends nothing to us; nothing about their states or decisions reaches Titanium Computing unless they paste it into a request.
- Public channels (GitHub, Hugging Face) are public: post no private or customer data there. Send anything private by email instead.

- **Hugging Face discussions:** the Community tab of the model repo in question, for example https://huggingface.co/frontier-infra/jebadiah-9b-v2-GGUF/discussions, for questions about a specific model file. Public.
- Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central time. One issue per thread.
